About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Groups Operations Coordinator to join our Incoming Tourism – Groups Department in Limassol.
This role is ideal for candidates at all levels, from recent graduates eager to start a career in tourism, to professionals with experience in group operations seeking more responsibility.
The successful candidate will assist the Department Head in the day-to-day management of group bookings, including preparing quotations, coordinating reservations with hotels and suppliers, managing products and rates in the portal, and providing operational support to groups during their stay in Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Department Head in the daily group operations
- Prepare quotations and costings for group requests
- Liaise with hotels, transport providers, venues, and other suppliers for reservations and confirmations
- Upload and maintain rates, contracts, and products in the company’s portal
- Coordinate operational details for groups travelling to Cyprus
- Assist in the smooth execution of group itineraries, providing operational support as needed
- Manage deadlines, payment schedules, and supplier confirmations
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Contribute to improvements in group processes and procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Experience in a similar groups or operational role is a plus
Preferred
- 1-3+ years of experience in group operations or tourism/hospitality industry
- Experience in handling bookings, portals, or group itineraries

We are looking for Travel Specialists to join our teams in Nicosia and Limassol. Inexperienced candidates interested for a career in travel and aviation are welcomed. Must be enthusiastic and have a passion for travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service, reservations and ticketing of travel arrangements for corporate clients, groups, and individuals

Preference will be given to candidates who possess any of the following:
- An IATA qualification and/or a relevant accredited qualification in travel
- University degree in a related field
- Prior experience in travel or related field
- Knowledge of global distribution systems
